How long does it take to get access to proxies?

Your account should be active up to 5 minutes after you pay and activate your account via email link. If for any reason it's not working when you expect please contact us (don't forget to tell us your login).

Will a shared or exclusive proxy suit my needs better?

If you are not sure then shared is the most appropriate choice. Exclusive proxies are generally only for those that need exclusive, dedicated proxy IP's.

I can't use your proxies because my software does not support it (or any other reason). Will you refund my payment?

Yes. As long as you contact us within the first few days of opening your account we will be happy to issue a full refund.

How fast are your proxies?

Speed does vary on your location however in general they are fast. We don't cap your bandwidth (apart from monthly limit).

Can i pay with wire transfer? Can i pay with wire transfer?

We accept wire transfers for large orders.

What happens when i go over my bandwidth allotment?

Your account will become inactive which means you won't be able to use proxies but you can still buy more bandwidth or switch to a different package from your user panel.

Can you prepare a custom proxy package for me?

Let us know what you need and we'll tell you if we can deliver.

Will your proxies work with facebook,youtube,craigslist...?

Unfortunately there is a chance they may not work because the system has been abused before. Don't worry though because if you find your proxybonanza.com account unusable simply let us know within the first week of signing up and we will issue a full refund.

What is the password and login for proxy authentication?

It is the same as your login and password for proxybonanza.com user panel.

Are your IPs recognized by proxy testers as proxies?

As far as we can tell they are not recognized. However if you find one that recognizes them as proxies please let us know.

How often do you change your proxy list?

Our proxy list doesn't change too often. We may change it every few months.

What payment methods are available?

Currently we only accept paypal payments (verified accounts only)

How does "Change Package" work?

If you decide to change your package via User Panel you won't loose your bandwidth. It will be added to your new package. Expiration date will be set to 30 days forward from payment date. If you feel the "Change Package" is not right in your situation email us with your username and package you are interested in. We will convert your package manually.

Will my transfer be passed on to the next month?

The bandwidth assigned to a package can be used within 30 days after payment. After this time unused bandwidth is lost. Please note: on every reneval your account's bandwidth is reset to default acording to package's description (for example: Shared Lite - 6GB). In this case if you buy for example 10GB and you won't use it before automatic reneval, after subscription payment your bandwidth will be reset to 6GB. However you can email us in such a situation to add the bandwidth to your account (only for additional bandwidth).

What is "Authentication IP" for?

For exclusive proxy you can omit username and password authentication by setting up "Authentication IP". It is the IP of your computer, once you set it in User Panel every time you connect to proxy our server recognize you by the IP. If you connect from the IP you previously set as "Authentication IP" access to proxy is granted. Any connections from other IPs will not succeed.
Please note: If you have dynamic IP it can change every time you connect to the internet. Once your IP changed you must update "Authentication IP" in User Panel, otherwise you won't be able to connect to proxy server.

What does my account's status mean?

  • Pending - Your payment was not processed yet or you interrupted payment at final stage.
    If your payment took place but the "Pending" status remains longer then for 15 minutes please email us with your username and transaction ID.
    If you didn't pay for some reason but want to pay now just click the "Pay" button which will take you to payment site.
    If you changed your mind and want to choose different package just click "Cancel" button to get full access to your account.
  • Subscription - You have got active subscription. Every 30 days your paypal account will be charged for our service. To change your package you need to cancel your subscription first. You can use "Unsubscribe" button to terminate the subscription.
  • Active - Your account has no subscription and has sufficient bandwidth to be active. Your account turn "Inactive" 30 days after payment is made.
  • Subscription - No bandwidth - You have active subscription but no bandwidth left. You can buy GB's in your User Panel to get your proxies work again or wait until next subscription payment when your account will be renewed. If you need package with more bandwidth then email us. We can customize your package towards your needs.
  • Inactive - No bandwidth - Your account is not expired yet but all the bandwidth is used up. To use your proxies please buy more bandwidth. There is no subscription assigned to your account.
  • Inactive - Subscription error - Your account has expired due to subscription payment failure. Check your paypal for sufficient founds. Please email us with your username and subscription ID so we can investigate.
  • Inactive - Your account expired. Click "Renew" button to renew your package or use "Change Package" section to buy different package.
